Splashes Auto Care

I was very impressed with this outfit. I bought a used pick-up truck from a dealer who had detailed the interior. However, the engine compartment and bed were filthy. I called Splashes and asked how much it would cost to shampoo the engine and power wash the bed. They quoted me $60 for the engine wash and said they wouldn't charge me for the bed power wash. They gave me an appointment for the next day. I dropped the vehicle off and picked it up an hour later. The engine compartment was spotless as was the bed. Everyone there was very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to bring a vehicle back for detailing once it needs it. Stellar!

When I brought my car to Splashes it was AWFUL. It was so dirty I didn't think I could even clean it myself if I wanted to. They did an incredible job on the detailing. I work out of my vehicle as a farrier so it was horse person dirty AND trades person dirty. Plus I have a dog. It was BAD. Unfortunately, probably because it was so dirty, they must have gotten a bit overzealous with the water and shorted out an airbag component in my steering wheel and damaged the heated drivers seat so it started not turning on intermittently or not heating up. Splashes took full responsibility for the damage and paid to have everything fixed. They actually replaced my seat themselves and paid the dealership to fix the airbag. Everyone makes mistakes but to me what matters is whether or not people take responsibility and fix their mistakes. Splashes took full responsibility and fixed everything. I think this speaks to the integrity of the company and the people who work there. I am very impressed and thankful and the car still looks amazing. Thank you 😄

10/10 detailing & fantastic customer service. I was preparing to sell my two year old higher end vehicle, and had called about getting the exterior detailed (a few tree branch scratches, scuffs to rims, general buffing). The very polite staff provided me a reasonable quote, and I had planned on calling back the following week to get the work done. Then unfortunately my child suddenly got ill, and on the way go get medical help, he vomited multiple times in the back seat. (The seats were a combination of leather, and cloth). The first time on the cloth (heated) portion of the rear seat. The second time he vomited on the edge of the carpet while trying to aim for the garbage can. Needless to say even after a pretty good preliminary cleaning by me, the smell was horrendous. I called back & they squeezed me in two days later, and recommended I leave the car overnight for an ozone? treatment that gets rid of the stink after they detailed interior & exterior. Additionally they arranged a significantly better rate with Enterprise car rental & a Splashes staff member drove me to Enterprise. When I came back Saturday to pick up my car, WOW WOW WOW, I was blown away. Best of all, no smell. It was literally in showroom condition like when I picked it up new from the dealer. I successfully sold my vehicle immediately and got top dollar. Andy ? even managed to touch up a scratched rim that he had warned me he might not be able to colour match. Was it fairly expensive, yes, but absolutely worth every penny, and truthfully I don't know how they compare price wise to other places. I absolutely 💯 percent will bring any vehicles back here, and have raved about them to everyone I know. Also, I couldn't find my owners manual, and insurance papers, etc from the glove box (it too was spotless). Every bit & bob from the vehicle was placed in a Splashes reusable cloth bag & placed discreetly in the back cargo area. I also got a cold bottle of water in my console! I truly can't thank you all enough, especially Andy (I hope I got your name correct), for his kindness. Definitely recommend, and l will be back with my next vehicle. Thanks again!!
